Single chamber industrial cleaning machine for circular saw blades

The machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel (EN 1.4301) throughout. The single chamber machine features very compact dimensions. TermoVide® V2000S1 heralds a new generation of industrial cleaning machines. The machine works with water-based detergents. The cleaning process is performed in a single tank: the single chamber. The TermoVide® V2000S1 single chamber machine is designed to clean circular saw blades. The TermoVide® V2000S1 ultrasonic cleaning machine uses two detergents. The single chamber has useful dimensions of 700W x 1300D x 700H mm, a working volume of 640 litres, and a 400 kg payload. The phases available in the circular saw blades cleaning process are:

The process temperature can be set between 35°C and 80°C The various circular saw blade cleaning phases proceed in sequence in the single chamber. Each process phase on the TermoVide® V2000S1 industrial cleaning machine can be added, eliminated, or repeated, and all the parameters used in each phase can be customized, meaning cycle time, temperature, vacuum, and so forth. The ease with which customized processes can be set up and reused makes this machine extremely flexible. A cleaning process can be set up for each type of circular saw blade on the TermoVide® V2000S1 industrial cleaning plant, without reducing throughput, and the process can be saved and retrieved when needed. The TermoVide® cleaning process can deep clean multiple products to remove machining residues, chemical process residues, cutting oils, dust, etc. Main features of the machine:

The TermoVide® V2000S1 management software features several access levels: the software logs all operator-entered process types, saves any technical problems affecting the machine, highlights periodic maintenance intervals, etc. The system features a “help” button to send a service request email to Eurocold technical service. This function is particularly useful when the machine is operating 24/7 or in a time zone that is significantly different from that of Italy. Technical service accesses the machine remotely, retrieves and analyses the machine data and, in the vast majority of cases, solves the problem without an on-site visit.
