Single chamber industrial cleaning machine, 2 detergents, for clean rooms

The machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel (EN 1.4301) throughout. The single chamber machine features very compact dimensions. TermoVide® V500/CR9.3 heralds a new generation of industrial cleaning machines. The machine works with water-based detergents. The cleaning process is performed in a single tank: the single chamber. The TermoVide® V500/CR9.3 single chamber machine is designed for use in clean rooms. The single chamber has two hermetic openings: the loading hatch, which is located in the grey zone, and the unloading hatch in the clean room. The TermoVide® V500/CR9.3 ultrasonic cleaning machine uses two detergents. The single chamber has useful dimensions of 800W x 1200D x 875H mm, a working volume of 525 litres, and an 800 kg payload. The process temperature can be set between 35°C and 80°C The cleaning phases are performed in sequence in the single chamber. Each process phase on the TermoVide® V500/CR9.3 industrial cleaning machine can be added, eliminated, or repeated, and all the parameters used in each phase can be customized, meaning cycle time, temperature, vacuum, and so forth. The ease with which customized processes can be set up and reused makes this machine extremely flexible. A cleaning process can be set up for each product type on the TermoVide® V500/CR9.3 industrial cleaning plant, without reducing throughput, and the process can be saved and retrieved when needed. The TermoVide® cleaning process can deep clean multiple products to remove machining residues, chemical process residues, cutting oils, dust, etc. Main features of the machine:

The TermoVide® V500/CR9.3 management software features several access levels: the software logs all operator-entered process types, saves any technical problems affecting the machine, highlights periodic maintenance intervals, etc. The system features a “help” button to send a service request email to Eurocold technical service. This function is particularly useful when the machine is operating 24/7 or in a time zone that is significantly different from that of Italy. Technical service accesses the machine remotely, retrieves and analyses the machine data and, in the vast majority of cases, solves the problem without an on-site visit.
