The machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel (EN 1.4301) throughout and features very compact dimensions. TermoVide® EU2000 V700x3 belongs to a new generation of industrial cleaning machines.
The machine works with water-based detergents. The industrial cleaning machine has been designed for incorporation into the handles mass production line. The handles cleaning process is performed in three cleaning chambers operating in series/parallel.
Each chamber is equipped with a sealed door.
The TermoVide® EU2000 V700x3 is designed to clean handles and bathroom accessories in series.
The TermoVide® EU2000 V700x3 ultrasonic cleaning machine uses just one detergent.
Each chamber has useful dimensions of 512W x 2625D x 720H mm, a working volume of 960 litres, and a 500 kg payload.
The available phases of the handles and bathroom accessories cleaning process are:
- VCA Vacuum and controlled atmosphere
- sW-De1 spray cleaning, detergent 1
- immW-US-De1 Immersion, ultrasonic cleaning, detergent 1
- sR-fDi Spray rinse, non-recirculated fresh demineralized water
- immR-fDi Immersion rinse with fresh demineralized water

- loaded horizontally by means of an in-line conveyor system
