Single chamber industrial cleaning machine for hydraulic cylinders

The machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel (EN 1.4301) throughout. The single chamber machine features very compact dimensions. TermoVide® V1700/1 heralds a new generation of industrial cleaning machines. The cleaning machine uses water-based detergents. The cleaning process takes place in a single hermetically sealed tank: the single chamber. The TermoVide® V1700-1 single chamber machine is designed to clean small and medium-size hydraulic cylinders. The cleaning process uses a single water-based detergent but the machine is configured for the use of two detergents in order to deal with different types of contaminants. The single chamber has useful dimensions of 800W x 1200D x 1200H mm, a working volume of 1150 litres, and a 2000 kg payload. Phases available in the cleaning process:

The process temperature can be set between 35°C and 80°C The various hydraulic cylinder cleaning phases are performed in sequence in the single chamber. Each process phase on the TermoVide® V1700/1 industrial cleaning machine can be added, eliminated, or repeated, and all the parameters used in each phase can be customized, meaning cycle time, temperature, vacuum, and so forth. The ease with which customized processes can be set up and reused makes this machine extremely flexible. A cleaning process can be set up for each type of hydraulic cylinder on the TermoVide®V1700/ 1 industrial cleaning plant, without reducing throughput, and the process can be saved and retrieved when needed. The TermoVide® process developed for cleaning hydraulic cylinders can deep clean the cylinders internally and externally to remove machining residues, chemical process residues, cutting oils, dust, etc. Main features of the machine:

The TermoVide® V1700/1 management software features several access levels: the software logs all operator-entered process types, saves any technical problems affecting the machine, highlights periodic maintenance intervals, etc. The system features a “help” button to send a service request email to Eurocold technical service. This function is particularly useful when the machine is operating 24/7 or in a time zone that is significantly different from that of Italy. Technical service accesses the machine remotely, retrieves and analyses the machine data and, in the vast majority of cases, solves the problem without an on-site visit.
